Uninstall: Uninstalling the app will stop all information collection; however, it will not close your account or delete your information.

12. Prohibition of Promoting Illegal Substances

Any member found to be engaging in or promoting the use, sale, distribution, or possession of illegal substances, or violating this policy, will be subject to appropriate action, including but not limited to, a warning, temporary or permanent suspension of their account, or revocation of access to our services. Use MOOD | Social & Dating for genuine social dating purposes only. Do not use our platform to send spam, conduct phishing activities, promote scams, or engage in any deceptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove suspicious accounts and block access to individuals who engage in such activities.
6. Impersonation and Catfishing:
Be yourself. Do not impersonate other individuals, use other users' photos without permission, or create false identities on MOOD | Social & Dating. If we suspect you are impersonating someone or using fake information, we may suspend or terminate your account.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property:
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post or share content for which you do not own the rights, or which infringes on the rights of another person or entity. If we receive notification that your content infringes on another's rights, we may remove the content and suspend or terminate your account.
